Established in 2001, Newage Textiles Ltd. is an integrated textile manufacturing facility serving the knit apparel industry in Bangladesh. Our capabilities include circular knitting, fabric dyeing, tubular and open-width textile finishing, and garment washing.

Located on approximately 36,700 square metres of industrial premises around 55 km from Dhaka, the facility supplies high-quality knitted fabrics to Newage's ready-made garment manufacturing operations and supports the requirements of international apparel buyers.

Textile Manufacturing Capabilities

Newage Textiles provides integrated textile processing capabilities, including:

Fabric Quality Assurance

Quality control is integrated throughout the textile manufacturing process.

Approximately 20% of greige fabric is inspected during production and upon arrival at the plant. Finished fabric is subjected to comprehensive table inspection to identify potential garment, production and finishing defects.

Our quality-control systems are designed to help maintain consistency and meet individual buyer specifications.

Advanced Dyeing & Finishing Technology

Newage Textiles uses modern textile processing equipment, including Swiss winch dyeing technology and machinery sourced from established international equipment suppliers.

The plant's fully equipped testing laboratory supports quality evaluation and performance testing, including:

  • Shrinkage testing

  • Wash fastness

  • Light fastness

  • Rubbing fastness

  • Fabric performance testing

  • Colour development and matching

Colours are developed using laboratory dyeing equipment and a computerized colour-matching system to help achieve accurate and consistent colour results.

Environmental Responsibility

Newage Textiles is committed to responsible textile manufacturing and reducing the environmental impact of its operations.

The facility uses captive power generation and operates an effluent treatment plant (ETP) to manage wastewater generated during textile processing and help protect the surrounding environment.
